We manufacture and supply chemical cleaning products, including automotive, industrial, and commercial cleaning solutions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The product is suitable for the intended use

  • All relevant safety data sheets (SDS) are read and followed

  • Products are stored and handled correctly

We are not responsible for misuse or improper application.

4. Custom, Bespoke & White Label Orders

All custom formulations, coloured or fragranced products, and white-label orders are produced specifically for the customer.
Therefore, they are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable once production has begun.

Lead times may vary depending on materials, batch size, and demand.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched unless a credit agreement has been approved in writing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary due to demand, stock levels, or courier delays.
Once dispatched, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

Bulk pallet orders and IBC deliveries may require appropriate access and unloading facilities. Customers must ensure delivery locations are suitable.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our full Return Policy can be found on our website, but key points include:

  • Standard products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition

  • Custom, bespoke, and white-label products cannot be returned

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.

8. Safety & Compliance

All products must be used according to safety instructions and SDS guidelines.
We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, formulas, product names, text, images, and content on this site are property of Mosschem and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mosschem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
