Shipping policy
Mosschem deliveries to Mainland UK are made using DPD. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and collected from our warehouse. All orders are shipped using a next-day service once they have been packed, please take into consideration orders can take 1-2 working days from the date of ordering (for express shipping), orders can take 2-3 working days from the date of ordering (for economy shipping) and orders can take 3-5 working days from the date of ordering (for FREE SHIPPING OVER £50) as they go through the dispatch process, staff sickness and courier delays may affect next-day delivery and cannot always be guaranteed.
Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands may incur higher shipping costs due to carrier surcharges.
We now ship directly to both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. However, due to increased courier and export costs, delivery charges to these regions may be higher than standard UK mainland rates. Shipping options and final costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free Shipping Minimum Spend*
*Our free shipping service incurs a £50 minimum spend - this service takes between 3-5 working days to be delivered within UK mainland.
Good news, Free Shipping is available on orders with a minimum spend of £50 (At selected times throughout the year).
This only applies to retail customers that live in the Mainland UK, it does NOT apply to Trade customers.
Free shipping may not apply to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland. Your shipping will be calculated in the checkout.

Express Shipping (next working day)
We now have an Express shipping service which now means if you are based in the UK mainland you can enjoy your AD products within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday). Orders will have to be placed before 2pm on the date or order to receive your goods the next working day.
Economy Shipping (2-3 working days)
We now have an Economy shipping service which now means if you are based in the UK mainland you can enjoy your AD products within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday).
Extended Shipping Times
Usual dispatch time is 1-2 working days. During sale periods it can get very busy, all orders placed during a sale will be subject to a approx 2-4 weeks dispatch time. However, we endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.
Europe
Unfortunately due to the ever-increasing export restrictions and shipping costs, we have taken the decision not to ship to European countries for the foreseeable future. We will review this situation in a few month’s time. We do have a number of stockists all over Europe where you can buy the Mosschem product range from. Please get in touch for your nearest stockist location.
Bulk & Pallet Deliveries
For large orders, including 200L drums, pallet shipments, and IBCs, delivery may take slightly longer due to additional handling requirements.
We will contact you if any scheduling or access information is needed.
Customers must ensure delivery sites allow suitable access for pallet trucks or HGVs where required.

Damaged or Missing Parcels
Please report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
